Important Parent/Guardian Responsibilities – Camp

  • The registering parent or guardian agrees to inform camp staff — through email or direct conversation with the Camp Director — if they do not give consent for their child(ren) to have baseball-related photos and/or video taken for instructional feedback and/or Pace Baseball Camp promotion (Instagram, Facebook, website).
  • The registering parent or guardian agrees to provide any relevant medical, behavioural, or other information that may impact the safety, development, or happiness of any participant at Pace Baseball Camp. The undersigned understands that behaviour deemed detrimental to the safety, development, or positive experience of participants — or to the reputation of the camp — may result in the child(ren)'s removal without refund.
