Important Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

The registering parent or guardian will agree to let After School Lessons staff know through email or direct conversation with the After School Lessons Directors if they do not give consent for their child(ren) to have baseball-related pictures and/or video taken for instructional feedback and/or Pace Baseball After School Lessons promotion (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, shared Google photos, and website).
The registering parent or guardian agrees to the obligation to provide, through email or direct conversation with the After School Directors, any relevant medical, behavioural or other information that would impact the safety, development, or happiness of any direct or indirect participant in the Pace Baseball After School Lessons. The registering parent or guardian also understands that any behaviour by their child(ren) which is detrimental to the safety, development, happiness of participants, or the positive reputation of the lessons may result in removal from the lessons without any return of fees.
