Important Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

The registering parent or guardian will let Andrew Pace know through email or direct conversation if they do not give consent for their child(ren) to have baseball related pictures and/or video taken for instructional feedback and/or Pace Baseball Camp promotion (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, website).
The registering parent or guardian agrees to the obligation to provide, through email or direct conversation with the Andrew Pace, any relevant medical, behavioural or other information that would impact the safety, development or happiness of any participant. The undersigned also understands that any behaviour by their child(ren) detrimental to the safety, development, happiness of participants, or the positive reputation of Pace Baseball Off-Season Clinics may result in removal from clinics without return of fees.
