Summer Camp | Off-Season Clinics | After School Lessons

Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with registration.

Week Availability Update
July 6–10 Week

Registration for the July 6–10 week is now FULL with the exception of a few limited birth year spots.

This week no longer appears as an option in online registration.

Cancellation Policy

Summer Camp

  • Switching weeks is strongly discouraged. If switching is possible, a $40 administration fee applies. Registration fee is non-refundable if switching is not possible.
  • Extraordinary circumstances (broken bones, hospitalization, death in family) are reviewed individually by the Camp Director.
  • Cancellation at least one week prior to the registered week incurs a $40 fee; within a week: $150 fee; after the week begins: full forfeiture.
  • Sickness, alternate family plans, or leaving early for tournaments do not result in make-up days.

Off-Season Clinics

  • No refunds for missed classes (including sickness) or participant cancellation.
  • Register only if you can commit to scheduled dates.
  • If a facility closure occurs due to government/Health directives, a credit will be provided for future use.
  • Extraordinary circumstances are reviewed individually by the Clinic Director.

After School Lessons

  • No refunds for missed lessons (including sickness) or participant cancellation.
  • Register only if you can commit to scheduled dates.
  • If inclement weather is declared, a make-up day will be provided.
  • Participants may not switch days without prior permission from Andrew Pace.

Important Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

  • Inform camp staff if you do not consent to your child(ren) having baseball-related photos or videos taken. These may be used for instructional feedback or promotion (Instagram, Facebook, Shared Google Photos, Website).
  • Provide any relevant medical, behavioral, or other information that could affect the safety, development, or well-being of participants.
  • Understand that inappropriate behavior by your child(ren) may result in removal from the program without refund.

Tax Receipts

The Federal Government allows summer camp fees to be claimed as daycare expenses for campers under 16. Please print your confirmation email as your tax receipt. It will come from service@pacebaseball.ca and may be in your junk folder (especially Hotmail and Outlook accounts).
